What items do you ship?
Currently, we ship a 3” mini cakes, variety of cookies, cake pops and brownies. We plan to ship 6” cakes, in the near future.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We ship out orders Mon- Wed via 2 day delivery. Your package should ship out within a week of your order
How much notice is required for a cake design?
We prefer a 2 week notice for all custom order cake requests. Any custom orders received with less than 72 hours notice will incur a $25 rush fee.
Is there a minimum to ship?
Yes; $25 minimum to ship.
Which carrier do you use to ship my products?
We use USPS or UPS depending on the package size. In some cases, Fedex may be used.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the intercontinental US except to West Coast (this includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico,Oregon, Utah, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.). Also we are not shipping to territories (including Puerto Rico or Guam).
Do you offer next day and/or two-day shipping?
We offer two-day shipping. All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Please contact us if you want next day shipping
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it’s within 72 hours of the shipment date by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I need to refrigerate my purchase? How do I store my items?
Cakes and cake pops refrigerated stay fresh for 5 days
Cake pops refrigerated stay fresh for 5 days
Packaged cookies and brownies stay fresh at room temp for 7 days
Packaged Oreos, Pretzels, Rice Krispie treats stay fresh at room temp for ~12 days.
Can I send a gift message?
Yes! We will include your message in the order.
What is your policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges?
No returns, refunds, or exchanges
How far in advance can I place an order for shipping?
You can place an order up to 30 days in advance. Please note that you may want to order a few days earlier than your desired delivery date to compensate for shipping times.
